Laughs, conversation, and good care. I will make sue you’re as comfortable  as possible, in as little pain as I am able. Some people experience more redness and sensitivity than others, this is normal! I will walk you through everything and give you aftercare  instructions.

Everyones pain tolerance is different, and you can expect a slight sting.  However I use an extremely gentle wax to help minimize pain.

I need at least 3 weeks of growth after shaving or trimming. This will  give the best result. If you have been waxing, wait at least four weeks from your last wax. Don’t be nervous! I’ve seen it all and I promise to keep you comfortable and as distracted as possible. I only ask that you do not bring anyone into an intimate service and you arrive on time and freshly showered. Wipes will also be provided.

Wait at least 24-48 hours after waxing to spray tan. Spray tanning prior may be removed with waxing.

if you are on accutane you absolutely cannot wax anything during and for the first 6 months of being off accutane. I will happily tweeze your brows if needed. Any facial lasering, you should consult with your laser tech about when you can wax. So many lasers are so different but we don’t want to injure your skin and possibly cause scarring or hyperpigmenation or hypopigmentation. If you are on topical acne medications, acids, or retinoids, please refrain from using them for about 4 days prior to wax and let me know what you use!! This can greatly affect your skin in a very negative way. Communication and openness is super important, as I want the best for you!

Wait 24-48 hours after waxing to do any of these activities to give your pores a chance to close and heal. Otherwise you may experience a lot of irritation and possibly breakouts. Trust me, it’s not worth it1 😉

Tipping is greatly appreciated but not required.
I kindly ask that you give me 24 hours notice to fill your spot. Less than that and half of your service will be charged onto your next service unless I fill your space and no shows will be charged full price. I do understand extenuating circumstances arise so just communicate with me!!
If you’re going to be 10 or more minutes late to your appointment I kindly ask that you reschedule via text or phone call so as not to affect the next client’s appointment. I run a tight ship and prefer not to steer off course our of respect for the following clients.

A lash lift is a perm! It’s a semi permanent way to add lift to your lashes so that a curler will no longer be needed. I will also dye them black so that they show up, if desired. It lasts approximately 6-8 weeks. You just need to come in without contact lenses in and don’t get them wet for 24 hours. After that, you can wake up and go! I offer a free re-tint 3-4 weeks after lifting as the tint is not meant to last as long. Booka lash tint online or message me for booking. You will not be charged =)

Brow lamiation perms your brows at the base and fluffs them upwards. It can make brows look fuller and fluffier. It also gives you more control over how you would like to style your brows. Lasts approximately 6 weeks. Tinting and cleanup is included if desired or needed.

So there you have it, you’re in-the-know about waxing. Hopefully, most of your concerns have been addressed! If you still have a few more questions give us a shout. Alli Brows loves waxing and specialize in brows so if there is anything you want to know just let us know.
